1. Registration and Tuition Fees
• A non-refundable registration fee of 5% of the total tuition is required to secure your place in any course or program.
• This registration fee is part of the total tuition and must be paid upfront before the commencement of classes.

2. Payment Policy
• Full tuition payment must be made prior to the start of the course unless a written payment plan has been agreed upon.
• All payments must be made through the approved payment channels provided by the Academy.

3. Refund Policy
• All payments made to Kathy Anthony Fashion Academy are non-refundable.
• This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, tuition fees, and any other associated charges.
• No refunds will be issued for missed classes, withdrawal from the program, or dismissal due to misconduct or violation of Academy policies.

4. Course Changes and Cancellations
• The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected students will be offered alternative options or credit toward future courses.

5. Code of Conduct
• Students are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, and decorum at all times.
• The Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student who violates the code of conduct without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property
• All course materials, designs, and content provided during the program remain the intellectual property of Kathy Anthony Fashion Academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Amendments
• Kathy Anthony Fashion Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Prohibited Items onv School Grounds
The following items are strictly forbidden on Academy premises:
• Alcohol or illegal drugs
• Hazardous chemicals
• Cigarettes, tobacco, or related paraphernalia
• Knives, firearms, or any form of weapon
• Matches, lighters, or flammable materials
• Pornographic, obscene, or offensive materials

Possession of any prohibited item may result in immediate disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion without refund.

9. Bullying and Fighting
• Any form of bullying, harassment, physical altercation, or verbal abuse is strictly prohibited.
• Violations will result in immediate suspension or expulsion without any refund of fees.

10. Sign-In and Sign-Out
• All students must sign in and out daily.
• Full attendance is mandatory for all scheduled classes and activities.

11. Leave Applications and Absences
• All leave requests must be submitted in writing to the CEO or Academy Manager for approval.
• Unapproved absences are non-refundable.
• Medical leave must be supported by a valid doctor’s note.

12. Punctuality
• Students are expected to arrive on time for all classes and scheduled activities.
• Repeated lateness may result in disciplinary action.

13. Personal Property
• Students must label all personal belongings, including clothing, shoes, books, and bags.
• The Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

14. Damage Reporting
• Any damage to Academy property must be reported immediately to staff.
• Wilful damage or negligence may result in the student being held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.

15. Litter Responsibility
• Students must maintain cleanliness and keep the school environment free of litter.
• Proper disposal of waste is expected at all times.

16. Business Conduct Policy
• Students are strictly prohibited from engaging in any business or financial transactions with staff members of Kathy Anthony House of Style.
